We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly: you should receive yours within five working days. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within 14 working days, please contact Customer Services by telephone 0844 89 300 90, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or via giftshop.redcross.org.uk. We can only deliver within the U.K. and Channel Islands. If you are not based in the U.K. or Channel Islands, please contact Customer Services by the above methods for further assistance.
How to pay
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. We regret we cannot accept payment by cheque for orders made online. Postage and packaging charges apply. Delivery can be made to the U.K. and Channel Islands only.
Payment will usually be taken when the goods are dispatched, however for personalised cards, bespoke items and virtual gifts, payment will be taken at the order processing stage.

Standard delivery - usually within 3 – 5 working days. However, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery
Orders up to £49.99 - £4.95
Orders over £50 – Post Free.
These rates apply to each individual mainland U.K. delivery address.
Express Delivery (U.K. only)
Although our normal standard service is fast, we also offer express delivery. The cost of this service, regardless of parcel size or weight, is £7.95. Regrettably, express delivery is not available to the Channel Islands.
Place your order by midday on Monday to Friday and we will dispatch your parcel on our express service for delivery the following working day. Orders placed after midday Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed before 12 noon on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Express deliveries aren't made on U.K. bank holidays.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, and the Scottish Highlands and Islands
Express delivery is not guaranteed to certain remote rural areas. Where applicable, deliveries will be completed as quickly as possible.
We are unable to specify a time for express deliveries; delivery can take place at any time between 8am and 9pm and all express delivery parcels may need to be signed for on delivery.
Express delivery is not available on personalised items.
Some of our deliveries, including bulky goods, are made by third party hauliers. Drivers may not be insured to enter any property or take items off a pallet. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange for products to be taken into a property once the driver has taken the pallet as close to the entrance as is deemed possible.
